الإرجاع والاستبدال | Returns & Exchange
- مدة الطلب: يمكنك طلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
- الخطوة الأولى — تواصل قبل الإرجاع: يُرجى التواصل معنا أولاً عبر care@injood.com مع رقم الطلب وصور المنتج، قبل إرجاع أي منتج. لا تُقبل المرتجعات المُرسَلة دون تنسيق مسبق، حتى نوجّهك للطريقة الصحيحة.
- شروط القبول: أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته وتغليفه الأصلي مع كامل ملحقاته.
- منتج معيب أو خاطئ: إذا وصلك منتج تالف أو مختلف عن طلبك، نتحمّل نحن تكلفة الاستبدال أو الاسترداد كاملةً.
- العدول عن الشراء: في حال الإرجاع لتغيّر الرأي، يتحمّل العميل رسوم شحن الإرجاع.
- منتجات غير قابلة للإرجاع: لا تُقبل إعادة المنتجات ذات الطابع الصحي بعد فتح تغليفها أو استخدامها، ما لم تكن معيبة.
- الاسترداد: بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه، يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7–14 يوم عمل.

- Request Window: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- First Step — Contact Before Returning: Please contact us first at care@injood.com with your order number and product photos before returning any item. Returns sent without prior coordination are not accepted, so we can guide you through the correct process.
- Acceptance Conditions: The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.
- Defective or Wrong Item: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we cover the full cost of replacement or refund.
- Change of Mind: For change-of-mind returns, return shipping fees are borne by the customer.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, items of a hygienic nature cannot be returned once their packaging is opened or used, unless defective.
- Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, the amount is refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
