الشحن والتوصيل | Shipping & Delivery

  • نطاق التغطية: نوصّل طلباتك إلى جميع محافظات جمهورية مصر العربية.
  • التجهيز والتوصيل: تُجهَّز الطلبات وتُشحَن عبر شركاء الشحن المعتمدين بعد تأكيد الدفع (أو تأكيد طلب الدفع عند الاستلام). تستغرق مدة التجهيز 1–3 أيام عمل، تليها مدة توصيل 2–7 أيام لكل محافظات مصر، وقد تطول قليلاً خلال مواسم الذروة.
  • تتبّع الشحنة: تصلك رسالة تأكيد تتضمّن رقم تتبّع الشحنة لمتابعة طلبك أولاً بأول حتى الاستلام.
  • رسوم الشحن والضريبة: 50 ج.م لأغلب المحافظات (منها القاهرة والجيزة)، و60 ج.م للإسكندرية، و80 ج.م لأسوان والأقصر — والشحن مجاني للطلبات من 500 ج.م. تظهر الرسوم بوضوح في صفحة الدفع قبل تأكيد الطلب، وجميع الأسعار شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة (14%).
  • دقة العنوان وتعذّر التسليم: يُرجى التأكد من صحة العنوان ورقم التواصل؛ فلا نتحمّل تأخّر أو تعذّر التسليم بسبب بيانات غير دقيقة. وعند تعذّر التسليم بعد تكرار المحاولة، قد تُعاد الشحنة ونعاود التواصل معك لإعادة الجدولة.

  • Coverage: We deliver to all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
  • Processing & Delivery: Orders are prepared and shipped through our approved shipping partners after payment confirmation (or confirmation of a Cash-on-Delivery order). Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 2–7 days of delivery to every governorate in Egypt, and may extend slightly during peak seasons.
  • Tracking: You'll receive a confirmation message with a tracking number to follow your order until delivery.
  • Shipping Fees & Tax: EGP 50 for most governorates (including Cairo and Giza), EGP 60 for Alexandria, and EGP 80 for Aswan and Luxor — and shipping is free on orders of EGP 500 or more. Fees are clearly shown at checkout before you confirm. All prices are inclusive of VAT (14%).
  • Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery: Please ensure your address and contact number are correct; we are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to inaccurate details. If delivery fails after repeated attempts, the shipment may be returned and we'll contact you to reschedule.
