Do you deliver to my governorate?
Yes. INJOOD delivers to all governorates of Egypt.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days, then delivered in 2–7 days to every governorate in Egypt.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is EGP 50 for most governorates (including Cairo and Giza), EGP 60 for Alexandria and EGP 80 for Aswan and Luxor — and free on orders of EGP 500 or more.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available for all orders within Egypt. You can also pay by card (Visa / Mastercard / Meeza) or e-wallet.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery for an unused item in its original packaging. Contact care@injood.com first. A damaged or wrong item is fully on us; for a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices include Egypt's 14% VAT.
Which products does my home need?

Do safety products replace supervision?
No. Safety products reduce risk but never replace adult supervision.
