باستخدامك متجر إنجود (injood.com)، فإنك تُقرّ بموافقتك على الشروط والأحكام التالية:
- المنتجات والأسعار: جميع المنتجات والأسعار والعروض قابلة للتغيير أو الإيقاف دون إشعار مسبق، وتُعرض الأسعار بالجنيه المصري شاملةً ضريبة القيمة المضافة (14%)، وتُعرض المنتجات حسب توفّرها.
- دقة الأوصاف: نحرص على عرض أوصاف وصور دقيقة قدر الإمكان، وقد تختلف الألوان اختلافاً طفيفاً تبعاً لإعدادات شاشة جهازك.
- وسائل الدفع: نوفّر الدفع بالبطاقة (فيزا / ماستركارد / ميزة) والمحافظ الإلكترونية عبر بوابة دفع آمنة، والدفع عند الاستلام.
- تجهيز الطلب والشحن: تُجهَّز الطلبات وتُشحَن عبر شركاء الشحن المعتمدين بعد تأكيد الدفع، وتخضع مدد التوصيل لسياسة الشحن والتوصيل المنشورة في المتجر.
- الإرجاع والاستبدال: يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر care@injood.com قبل إرجاع أي منتج للتنسيق المسبق، وتخضع الحالات لسياسة الإرجاع المعتمدة في المتجر.
- قبول الطلب وإلغاؤه: نحتفظ بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حال نفاد المنتج أو وجود خطأ في السعر أو البيانات، مع ردّ المبلغ المدفوع كاملاً.
- التزامات العميل: يلتزم العميل بتقديم بيانات صحيحة ودقيقة (الاسم، العنوان، رقم التواصل) عند إتمام الطلب.
- الملكية الفكرية: جميع حقوق العلامة التجارية والشعار والمحتوى والتصاميم محفوظة لمتجر إنجود.
- الخصوصية: تُعالَج بياناتك وفق سياسة الخصوصية المنشورة في المتجر.
- القانون الحاكم: تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقاً للقوانين المعمول بها في جمهورية مصر العربية.

By using the INJOOD store (injood.com), you acknowledge your agreement to the following terms and conditions:
- Products & Prices: All products, prices, and offers are subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice. Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), inclusive of VAT (14%), and products are offered subject to availability.
- Accuracy of Descriptions: We strive to display accurate descriptions and images. Colors may vary slightly depending on your device's screen settings.
- Payment Methods: We offer card payment (Visa / Mastercard / Meeza) and e-wallets via a secure payment gateway, and Cash on Delivery.
- Order Processing & Shipping: Orders are prepared and shipped through our approved shipping partners after payment confirmation. Delivery times are governed by the store's published Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- Returns & Exchange: Please contact us at care@injood.com before returning any item for prior coordination; all cases are subject to the store's approved Return Policy.
- Order Acceptance & Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product becomes unavailable or in the event of a pricing or data error, with a full refund of any amount paid.
- Customer Obligations: The customer agrees to provide correct and accurate information (name, address, contact number) when completing an order.
- Intellectual Property: All trademark, logo, content, and design rights are reserved for the INJOOD store.
- Privacy: Your data is processed in accordance with the store's published Privacy Policy.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
