Table corner and edge guards for children
Choose the guard by the shape of the edge: L for a square corner, T for a long edge, and round for a rounded corner. A good guard is one that fits the edge and stays in place. Every type is cash on delivery, and shipping is free on orders from EGP 500.
Which shape fits your table?
| Edge shape | The guard |
|---|---|
| Square corner (table, desk) | L-shaped corner guard — EGP 139 |
| Long edge (table, countertop, shelves) | T-shaped edge strip — EGP 139 |
| Rounded corner or oval edge | Round corner guard — EGP 139 |
Where to start?
The living-room coffee table first, because it is often at the head height of a child who is just starting to stand and walk. Then the TV table, the edges of the bed and bedside table, and the desk. The reasons, numbers and sources are in the corner guards guide.
Frequently asked questions
How many guards do I need for a table?
A square or rectangular table has 4 corners, so you need 4 L guards, or a T-strip if you want to cover the whole edge.
Do the guards come off?
They come off if the surface isn't clean or the adhesive didn't get its time. Clean and dry the edge before fitting, press the guard firmly, and check it from time to time.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes: cash on delivery with shipping to every governorate, free from EGP 500.
